BlackKeep is a non-custodial trading terminal that connects directly to the Solana blockchain. We are committed to minimising the data we collect and being transparent about what we do collect. This policy explains what information is gathered, how it is used, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
BlackKeep collects only the minimum data necessary to provide the service:
- Wallet address — Your public Solana wallet address is recorded when you cast a prediction vote. This is a public blockchain identifier and does not constitute personally identifiable information.
- Vote and prediction data — Token mint address, prediction direction (Pump/Dump), price at time of vote, round duration, vote multiplier, and vote outcome (Win/Loss/Tie) are stored to power the leaderboard, your personal record, and rolling win-rate calculations used for fee tier eligibility.
- Usage data — Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention purposes.
- Local storage — BlackKeep stores preferences (e.g. disclaimer acknowledgement, username) in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or any wallet credentials.
- We do not track your on-chain transaction history beyond votes cast through BlackKeep.
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them (e.g. a display username stored only in your browser).
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party advertisers.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To operate the public leaderboard and display prediction records. Leaderboard data (wallet address, win rate, total votes) is visible to all users.
- To calculate rolling win rates that determine swap fee tier eligibility.
- To apply daily vote limits and prevent abuse.
- To monitor platform health and investigate security incidents.
- To improve the product based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.
4. Third-Party Services
BlackKeep integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Supabase — Database hosting for vote and leaderboard data (supabase.com/privacy).
- Vercel — Application hosting and edge network (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy).
- Jupiter — DEX aggregator for token swaps; swap transactions are processed on-chain.
- DexScreener / CoinGecko / GeckoTerminal — Price data, OHLCV chart data, and token metadata APIs; no user data is transmitted to these services.
- Solana RPC providers — Blockchain queries are made via RPC endpoints; only public blockchain data is exchanged.
5. Data Retention
Vote and leaderboard records associated with your wallet address are retained for as long as the platform operates. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. If you would like your vote data removed, contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
BlackKeep does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. We use browser local storage solely to remember your in-app preferences (e.g. disclaimer acknowledgement). This data is not transmitted to our servers and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access-controlled databases, and rate limiting on all API endpoints. However, no system is perfectly secure. We encourage you to use a dedicated wallet for trading activity and never share your private key or seed phrase with any application.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data associated with your wallet address. To exercise these rights, contact us on X / Twitter @BlackKeepX. Because wallet addresses are pseudonymous, we may ask you to sign a message with your wallet to verify ownership before fulfilling a data request.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our social channels. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of BlackKeep after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
